Concerning SB 539, relating to applying the provisions of the code regarding reinstatement of non-civil service chiefs and deputy chiefs to Class III and Class IV municipalities in addition to Class I and II.
 
         This bill is introduced by Senator Unger (304) 357-7933              (304) 357-7933       with support from Senator Snyder (304)357-7957              (304)357-7957      . The Board of Directors is asking all members of the Association to call Senator Snyder to let him know you are in support and attempt to have this bill passed.
